(March 22, 2022, 1:51 pm)I manage the Alta Pointe Apts in Port orchard. Recently we had a water main leak (on our property). We had to go thru 2 plumbing companies to get the repair done. West Sound was very responsive and came out immediately to handle turning off and on the main water to assist the plumbers (even at 9:00pm!). Thank you so much for such great customer service!
(June 1, 2017, 1:40 pm)The people at WSUD are phenomenal. They have provided the most incredible customer service I think I have ever received. We are building a home and had no idea how to navigate the utilities piece. Debbie and Karen are so friendly and so helpful and were patient in helping us understand the process. I feel like they are old friends, and we've never met. I love West Sound Utility, and who says that about their utility district? ?? Thank you West Sound!!
