I have a high bar for my doctors' knowledge and expertise; Dr. Fleischman exceeds those with a generous margin. She also has a very pragmatic approach. She is realistic and practical as well as being a physician with a high level of expertise. It's easy to see she is someone to genuinely cares about her patients; she reminds me of the traditional small-town, cradle-to-grave doctor who is loved by absolutely everyone AND who has the high level of skill you would expect at major medical center. “Several years ago I messed my lower right back up. I'm in general super fit shape and I generally have a high pain tolerance. It wasn't the first time I hurt my back. I had never considered a acupuncture therapist when my back muscles gave out on me in the past, I'd just tough it out. But this pain was worse than I had ever experienced before. All the local Massage , acupuncture therapists were gone on vacation (it was January) Nancy worked me in her tight scheduled. I dove a hour to get to her office only to find 2 flights of stairs to climb. I barely made it to the top where her office is. I crawled to the table and she worked on me. As I slowly got off the table I expected more pain but felt none. As I left and began working down the stairs i noticed ZERO PAIN ! I could NOT believe she made me feel that good so quickly... As she advised I took it easy for the next 3 days but I was able to move around normally without any pain... She is amazing. I highly recommend her.”

“I signed up for fitness and nutrition coaching because I recently started playing rugby and wanted to be in better shape for the sport. For me, this meant putting on size and gaining some more muscle. I knew having a coach would help me stay consistent and build a solid foundation. The coaching helped me reach my goals because they cover both nutrition and fitness at a level that is difficult to find. Consistently meeting with the coaches to go over results and make adjustments was a big part of my success. I started at 175lbs with 10.6% BF. I reached my original goal of 190lbs in one month and was at 6.9% BF. I felt comfortable going up in weight, so the coach made some tweaks to my plan. Two months later, I reached 208lbs at 8.2% BF.
