  I joined for the classes that Crunch offers. My favorite one is Zumba. Instructors are great. Staff is friendly. Lots of equipment to get a good workout. Plenty of room for everyone even at the busiest times. It took me a while to find the right gym but I am glad I did!

  Good gym, love to come early am, not too packed til 5pm when everyone's out of work but still able to workout and go tanning. Love this gym. Trainers seem to be great I see them doing group training sessions all the time. Overall good team and gym.

  I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I haven’t regretted my choice once. Best overall gym in the area by far. The trainers are great, I talk to them almost every time I’m in there (a lot) and they’ve always been super friendly and easy to talk to. Even the people that work out there are nice. I’ve met a lot of great people that help push me and meet my goals. Equipment is in good condition and there’s not too long of a wait, even at peak hours. Not going to say another squat rack wouldn’t be nice, but that’s probably my only complaint. Can’t recommend this place enough!
