“My daughter's truck broke down. I'm a mechanic myself, but didn't have the time to look at it. I started searching online and came across Ernie's Automotive. I'm a big fan of reviews and after reading the reviews for the shop I decided to call. The guy on the phone was very professional and took down everything I knew about what was going on. He gave me a quote for a diagnostic, and even gave me the number to a reasonable towing company. After inspecting the truck, they diagnosed a bad fuel pump, and also noted that the ball joints were getting bad. My daughter couldn't afford do have the ball joints done, but had them replace the fuel pump. They gave her a very reasonable quote and there were no "surprise additional costs". The truck is running great and she had it back within a day of the diagnostic. It's a refreshing change to deal with a professional, honest business!! I highly recommend them!”

“Came in for an AC recharge to determine if I perhaps had a bigger issue. Both times I've been to this location, I was seen immediately and work was started right away. For my last visit, the technician went beyond and determined that my AC compressor was out. They helped me find a shop who would be able to fix the issue and worked with me for recharging my system after work was complete. The staff are knowledgeable and are more than willing to go the extra mile. Would absolutely recommend this location for your basic vehicle service needs.”
