  Hard to get in, no one moves...why would they?
  Well kept, Brett the owner is always doing improvements
  I love the residents that are here respectful and trustworthy
  I know this is the best RV Park hands down. I love that this park doesn't have kids living here just us older kids

  it's a quiet (except the diesel truck owners that idle their trucks at the mailbox for an unnecessarily long time while they read their mail) place and the people are all great.

  Very very nice rv park. Nice park like grounds extreamly quiet property with very nice residents. The owner is a very nice local man who has grown up in Puyallup. Takes pride in his property who wants to provide his residents with a nice place to be proud to call home.

  Not a bad little Park I went there to visit a friend and while I was there I cut the grass, and helped my friend level the trailer. It seems nice and quiet and people were friendly. The park was clean and comfy nice spot. Sorry I forgot to get pictures. Maybe on my next visit.

  Such a clean park! Definitely the nicest park in the area. Reasonably priced and safe. Most residents are long term so it stays quiet.
