“I clicked with Amanda right off. Having a stranger all up in your intimate areas can be understandably uncomfortable/awkward but not with Amanda, I instantly felt at ease. Clean studio/atmosphere. Love the plants everywhere! If I had any critique, she was a little heavy handed towards the end and I ended up fairly sore the next few days. That being said, she was very thorough. Good conversationalist, I genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend I’d had for years. Would definitely recommend and I have actually to several of my friends!”

I live in San Diego and needed a spot in Laguna to train an MLB pitching coach that lives in Anaheim. I found this hidden gem. They welcomed me and my client with wide open arms. When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people. If you are in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. The facility is super super clean and modern. Another hard thing to do in the fitness industry is to keep a clean space! Way to go guys.
