“After holding off for too many years, I finally decided to upgrade my high end system with more modern access. I'd worked with Definitive Audio in Seattle in the past with excellent results and found Advanced Audio was connected and much closer so gave them a try. Long story short, I contracted with Victor to help me with installation of the new high end equipment and he did an outstanding job of both installing, trouble shooting and ensuring everything was operating as we wanted. This would have taken me at least five times as long to do and my results would have not been as well tuned. Victor is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and enjoyable to be around. Would highly recommend him if you're serious about ending up with a GREAT system.”

“The best gym I've ever been to. I travel to a new state every three months for work, always need a new gym. They are super accommodating to that here. Offered a no obligation contract for close to twenty-five bucks a month. Can't beat it. They have a basketball court, classes, and tons of equipment. Two squat racks and one deadlift platform. I almost never have to wait for them. Staff have been super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be sad to have to move on soon.”

“Steve Perry is the best of the best at Ben Bridge! My partner and I are living in Mexico while planning a wedding in Seattle, WA. We have been working with short timelines and quick visits to Washington/Oregon to prepare. We started our engagement ring search virtually and narrowed down our favorite options, which were available at Ben Bridge Tacoma and Tiffany's Seattle. Ben Bridge quickly became our preferred option due to Steve's swift email responses and the availability of unique beautiful ruby rings (part of the 2021 Kaleidoscope Collection) - which we could not find anywhere else. Our experience was made even better once we met Steve in person at Ben Bridge Tacoma. He had diligently prepared the selection of rings that I requested via email (all rings were at different locations initially) and he was organized, sociable, and professional. We are not familiar with rings or sizing at all, and found Steve's approach very welcoming, educational, and delivered with great ease - absolutely no pressure involved. This was a contrast to our experience at other jewelry stores and with other agents. Once we found our perfect rings at Ben Bridge, Steve continued to be a fabulous help by engraving and resizing the rings in a timely manner. He worked around our schedules and delivered exactly what we needed from each interaction and visit. Finally, Steve is just a great guy, very friendly, an excellent conversationalist with all, and not to mention dresses in cool suits and ties! “If anyone is looking for daycare centers, DO NOT GO TO ALICE’S PRECIOUS JEWELS. My daughter went there this past week, and she came home with scratches on her stomach, one side of her face was VERY red, like someone slapped her, and they were not giving her her daily medication. She was coming home VERY distraught, wasn’t playful like she usually is, and just didn’t seem like the baby I had a week ago. When I asked about the medication, they told me “She’s too high needs and we can’t keep up with giving her meds.” This center has already been reported to the abuse number I was given by the state. But please, if you want someone to love and care for your children, do not take them to this daycare! “With the sad loss of Aloha Oasis on 6th - Anita's is THE place for your authentic Island items. They carry leis - fresh and fabric. NOTE: like many things these days, you must get your leis far in advance, order in advance - call the shop and check with them. It is hard to even get a Ti Leaf lei - which I have never had an issue with before. Huge selection of clothes at great prices. The staff is good - knowledgeable and friendly. Do note that if you call, they may not answer with the name of the store. I called and they just said, "Hello" and waited...I had to ask if I'd called the shop.”

“This review is 5stars totally based on the kind service received on telephone from “Brandi”. Her true professionalism and enthusiasm is a rare find. Too many times in the past we have found customer service people to be condescending and seemingly on a power trip but this recent interaction with Brandi was a refreshing welcome. We have been on a payment plan to repay unpaid covid bills but unfortunately didnt realize the payment plan was an earlier date than our regular monthly bill and had paid it two days late last month. We were gone this week out of cell phone range and when we came home discovered our power off. Our new bill still wasnt due so I telephoned TPU to ask for help. I was on hold 1hr/36mins and was really franticly afraid we wouldnt be able to get power restored same day. Brandi however was extremely courteous. She immediately told me she was sorry for our wait and that she would look at our record and see how she could help. Within less than ten mins she had calmly reviewed everything, explained how the automated billing had dropped the payment plan, but gave us options to get back on track. She had our power restored in less than an hour and when We finished our conversation we understood exactly what we owe, and how we will be billed in future. You could hear “a smile” on the phone as she spoke, which is something that set Brandi pleasantly apart from other customer service people. When customers call a business they are in need of help and many times they avoid those calls because it seems like such a challenging conversation. It was a breath of fresh air feeling like it was understood that we want to keep our bill paid and not being treated like a deadbeat for being late two days. I hope TPU understands and appreciates Brandi’s service to their customers- They are likely to have more customers who will understand their billing and be timely because of their interactions with her.
