“I just want to take the time to say that this was one of the best customer service/dental experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in on a Monday with a dental emergency, Dr. Watts had a full schedule and he found a way to fit me in and take care of me both efficiently and with care! The staff was very warm and welcoming as I engaged in very intelligible conversation with the front desk along with the back office staff while being prepped for my procedure. “Review from my first appointment at the Point Ruston location yesterday. 1.) Front door reserved parking is an awesome plus! 2.) Very easy check in and I was offered a drink while I waited. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, she walked me to the tranquility room (waiting room) which is gorgeous! 3) The hygienist I saw was Madison. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was good at taking a full series of X-rays. After that she handed me the complimentary menu and I picked Aromatherapy and the gel eye mask. Next time I’ll get those again and add the neck roll and the paraffin wax, I had a cut on my finger so I didn’t try it this time. They also had other things on the paper list that’s not listed online like lip balm. She did a really good job on the cleaning, pain free but still thorough. 4) The doctor was really nice and took time to talk to me about all my concerns, wants/needs etc. She talked me though the treatment plan and all my options, there was no pressure to buy anything or do any treatment. 5) At the end they answered all my remaining questions and made my next appointment in 6 months, before walking me to the front to pay and sign the treatment plan on my way out. You can grab another refreshment at this time as well. All said and done I was there for about an hour. There was almost no down time or waiting time for any part of my appointment. 6) The only negative reviews I found about this place was people had surprise fees or charges. I did NOT have that experience at all. We have insurance and all copays were laid out clearly, right from the start. For example at the end she asked me if I wanted fluoride and told me it would be an additional $10 on top of the $44 I’d pay for my exam and X-rays which we had previously discussed. I said yes and when I left my total was $54. No hidden fees whatsoever.”

“I went to this office for some Labor and Industry work on existing dentures. My injuries were extensive and my jaw had changed enough that my old hardware was not going to work. It took some time. My mouth no longer lined up inside, but Dr. Sharma made it work and work great. My dentures actually preform better than the ones I had before.”

“Dr. Chiulli and Ashley were a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood every step throughout my plan. When I had my cleaning, Renee was my Hygienist, she was very kind and thorough with her tips and instructions, one of the best cleanings I've had. I appreciated most that she took her time, it didn't feel rushed and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. At one point, she needed assistance and someone named Shelby came to help, you could see her positive attitude and willingness to help, Shelby even said hello and was respectful when she came in, at other offices I've been to it seems as if they just walk in and don't even say hello before they step back out so that was really nice to see that everyone in their office cares.”

“Dr Foto is a life saver! What an incredibly talented, intelligent, down to earth and kind man! His hardworking, 24/7 front staff took my desperate phone call on July 3rd when my 12month old fell and cracked her front tooth in half! We were so worried and needed an emergency visit. I was instantly calmed by them and they set up a visit for the next day on the holiday to see her! He literally came from the airport after a 15 hour flight, picked up by his receptionist/ hygienist, and brought straight to the office to assess her, wow! I couldn’t have been more grateful. The Doc laid out all the options and made sure we were a part of the decision process that would be the least invasive and most helpful for our scared little baby. My other daughter even came to the follow up appointment and they were so good with her while she waited for us to finish up. They really made the entire process so easy and we have all the confidence in the world she got the best care she could’ve received. We are forever grateful for this office and for turning this experience into a positive memory!”

“I have been seeing Dr. Abedi since 2013 and have been so happy with her and her staff. A couple years later, I even transferred my daughter because the place I took her to told me they would have to use a papoose on her to take care of a cavity. Dr. Abedi assured me she wouldn't need to do this. It was true! She talked to my daughter the entire time and did it without having to traumatize her. She didn't even flinch when she received the medication for her cavity. I highly recommend her and I will continue to go to her. It's 2022 and I still love coming to Dr. Abedi”
