“We visited Rich's in Tacoma to see what stoves were available and get a little education on gas stoves. Sonja is very knowledgeable and shared great information on stove types, brands and options. As we looked elsewhere at stoves, the education Sonja gave us became extremely useful. After looking around, it was apparent that the Lopi stove we looked at at Rich's was the one. The Lopi, being a local product was available and in their warehouse. Rich's installer is a great guy and did a great job. He once again went over all the features and functions of the stove. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling and was able to steer me in the right direction. I am recovering from a broken back so I have been in a lot of pain. He had me lay on different mattresses and found one that when I laid on it, I did not hurt. That was a surprise. It has been a couple of weeks sleeping on it now and I still do not hurt like I was with my old bed and the hotel beds I was sleeping in as I moved back here from Mississippi. Olaf went above and beyond to go and pick up the box spring, which was at least 30 minutes away and deliver it, and the mattress, to my house on a Sunday. They have financing available and there is a rather large scratch and dent section. I highly recommend going here to shop for furniture and assorted decorations for your space. There is also a fudge shop in the middle of the warehouse that has some of the best tasting fudge around.”

“A great Walmart for deals. In my experience this store gets a lot of product coming in for liquidation. Clean and the employees are nice. Every time I go they have multiple checkers for checkout. I prefer this to self checkout and so long as this is the case, I will keep coming instead of my more local grocery store.”
