“I'm not sure why a couple of reviews are so negative as both of my experiences with Huntwood were definitely worthy of a great review. My house had all Huntwood cabinets so when I went to update the laundry room I decided it made sense for consistency to use the same style and color. Jessica was able to look up my home information and pull all of the details for the style and finish. She took my ideas and created three or four options and from there we pieced together the layout. It was important to me that I have a space that looked like a standard laundry room but worked for a dog bath for my three small dogs. We settled on a deep farmhouse sink that looks great but also has function for my pups. She was very patient with me removing and changing things right to the last minute when I finalized everything. After I installed the cabinets I realized that I felt like it was unfinished because I didn't have cabinets running the full length of the back wall. So back to Jessica for more cabinets and shelves. She and Donna provided me with three different designs and we merged elements from all to get exactly what I had in mind. At the same time I had her quote replacing my kitchen shelves with roll out drawers. They finished the install yesterday (10/26/21) and I AM IN LOVE! Will and Alex did the install and when questions came up they stopped and asked me my preference. Huntwood did not install the first set of cabinets so there were some complications in getting the new cabinets to line up with what was already hanging and they made it look seamless. Polite and courteous, removed their shoes every time they came in the house, and cleaned and vacuumed after they finished. I asked if they could accept tips and all they said was not to worry but if I was happy to leave a review which I would have done regardless. So happy with everything! Pictures of before and after plus roll outs. Would willingly recommend Huntwood to friends and family. My brother has a DR Horton home and they used less than quality products. He always tells me he's so jealous of my Huntwood cabinets. Quality comes with a price but I found that while the cabinets were not "cheap" that they were a great value and Jessica (who has moved on to a new job) was always willing to help get me into a place where I felt comfortable with the cost. Great experience!”

It was super busy, but she maintained a wonderful, positive attitude the whole time we were there. Hotel is so convenient for events at the Tacoma Dome and Car Museum. I’d stay here again for sure! “I drive there from Sumner to get propane. I met a very nice man named Jack there are several months ago. I know this is weird, but I'm trying to find him again. We exchanged phone numbers and communicated for a very short amount of time. I know that we both love small dogs, mostly chihuahuas. I haven't dated in a very long time and I got scared. After a couple times of communicating, I deleted Jack's phone number. After the last time he called me, unfortunately my 79 year old father was in the room, I just felt so awkward and deleted his number once again. I totally regret these decisions. So, to make a long story even longer, does anyone know Jack that gets his propane from here? He works in Des Moines and stays in Bonney Lake during the week. He lives in Yelm when he's not working. I know this is a long shot and I'm a total dork...”

“I stayed here for several months while working on my house. The property was clean and comfortable and the gated off-street parking was great! The house had all the amenities that I needed; having a full kitchen and laundry were especially nice after a long day. Kimberly (the owner) was very helpful and responsive in providing directions and guidance for local attractions, grocery stores, etc. She clearly takes pride in restoring older homes and was always working to improve the property. I was initially skeptical about the area, but there was a lot of new development going on and I found it quite safe and enjoyed walking to restaurants and the glass museum. I would not hesitate to stay here again; for the money and convenience of living in a fully furnished home it certainly beat a hotel room!”

“Highly recommend! Diann is an excellent communicator, she reached out before the hike to learn what hiking experience I had, what I was interested in seeing, and how far I wanted to hike. She chose the perfect hike (Narada Falls/Reflection Lakes) and provided trekking poles and snacks. I was very pleased with the hike and all the info about the fauna & flora Diann shared. She really knows the area and trails well and recommended several other hikes she thought I’d enjoy. It was a fantastic hike.”
