“Management is friendly and courteous. The park community restrooms are exceptionally clean. It’s a beautiful, quiet, and spacious RV park.”

“We were checked in by Ranjita…very friendly and helpful! We were in a jacuzzi room. I thought it would make the room humid but we used it anyway. I was way wrong and so glad we did. After 10,000 steps through the airport it was just what I needed. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well. Room was clean. Breakfast area is well kept and stocked. Couldn’t have been happier!”

“Nice military campground on JBLM. There are plenty of spacious sites in a shady forest. Sites with hookups can be reserved and dry sites are available on a first come, first served basis. We stayed at a dry site for a weekend, so the shade trees were nice. Fresh water and a dump station were available on site. The only downside to staying on an Air Force base was getting woken up by aircraft on the nearby airfield! Access is limited since it is on a military base.”

“The rv park isn't the greatest of parks I believe it is a little much for rent but the river is right there and if you have your Discover pass you can park and have river access to a pretty good fishing hole at the mouth of a creek that comes right out of a trout farm . 👍🏼”

“Hands down amazing childcare center! My son has attended from 3 months old and he is now four years old! Their staff is top notch! They have a wonderful curriculum and the kids learn so much through imaginative play and art. I will be so sad when we move on to kindergarten in a little over a year.”

“I discovered this B&B when I brought my youngest out to see Washington after their high school graduation in 2015. I returned for a visit again with another family member in 2018. Both times, Bill was a such gracious host to us...actually, gracious is an understatement! I feel like I am staying with family when I've stayed there. The upstairs room is so peaceful. I sleep so well there! And I still dream about the sunporch breakfasts we had before going on our daily adventures. It's a lovely experience that I will always treasure and hope to be able to do again in the future. I hear the Sound calling me as I write this! So grateful to these wonderful folks for opening up their home as a B&B!”

“We spent one night here on our anniversary. We splurged and got the King Jacuzzi room overlooking the water. My only complaint was the price … almost $500 for one night. That’s the going rate nowadays (I priced many other rooms in town) and it’s not a knock on Silver Cloud. My complaint says more about my budget than anything. The room was very luxurious and for the amount of money, we definitely got the value. Bathrobes were comfortable, high quality towels and plenty of them. The room appointments were first class. The view from the tub was terrific! The jacuzzi tub was huge! And water temp was just as you’d expect. We paid extra (when we booked) for parking, and walking to dinner and dessert was easy. It appears as though they are still doing a considerable amount of building in the area, and more businesses will show up soon. Ruston is a cool town nowadays and I expect we’ll be back before too long.”

“The Villa B&B checked all the boxes for us on our recent four-night stay. The historic property and grounds are beautiful and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Our room (the Verona) was terrific-spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But the crowning jewels of The Villa are the outstanding hosts, Toni & Martin. They were very welcoming and so knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat, etc. Toni is an AMAZING chef--her breakfast offerings were delicious, filling and beautifully presented! We truly felt like we were staying with friends. We will be returning to The Villa the next time we come to Tacoma.”

“Excellent location for concerts! Vanessa, the front desk gal was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help us for our entire stay. It was super busy, but she maintained a wonderful, positive attitude the whole time we were there. Hotel is so convenient for events at the Tacoma Dome and Car Museum. I’d stay here again for sure! Thank you again Vanessa, you are so cheerful and helpful!”

“I stayed here for several months while working on my house. The property was clean and comfortable and the gated off-street parking was great! The house had all the amenities that I needed; having a full kitchen and laundry were especially nice after a long day. Kimberly (the owner) was very helpful and responsive in providing directions and guidance for local attractions, grocery stores, etc. She clearly takes pride in restoring older homes and was always working to improve the property. I was initially skeptical about the area, but there was a lot of new development going on and I found it quite safe and enjoyed walking to restaurants and the glass museum. I would not hesitate to stay here again; for the money and convenience of living in a fully furnished home it certainly beat a hotel room!”

“I was a guest of a wedding here. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. I was unsure which staff were from the castle and which were a third party, so I cannot say much about food or lodging. The wedding was very personalized and it appears the castle was very accommodating with that.”

“To any potential tenants, please make sure when you call, you speak to the owner, Justin. We are currently in between managers, and if anyone claims to be the manager, besides the owner, they are lying. With that being said, this is still a great place to live, below is my original review, we've been here for over a year now. My husband, 2 year old and I have lived here for almost 3 months! Before deciding to come to SSRVP, we checked out a lot of other RV parks that were dirty and had questionable people living in them. We absolutely love how quiet, clean and how most of the tenants are friendly! From what I've seen from previous pictures and stories from complete strangers, the owner did a really good job with getting this place cleaned up.There are simple rules to follow, as there should be. Follow the rules and you'll be just fine. I love that it is family and pet friendly. We look out for each other here, and that is amazing! We are truly blessed that we found this place when we did, I couldn't imagine living in any other RV park around here.”

“Just an amazing place! The owner is so friendly and accommodating. I contend that this is one of the most quiet, peaceful, serene places I've ever stayed and has become my all time favorite. The accommodations are superb, comfortable and first class. The grounds are amazing and the views are breathtaking. I spent hours watching the sailboats and watching for whales. The owner Debbie is so wonderful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She has led an incredible life, a sea captain who owned her own fleet of crab boats, an entrepreneur, launching her own seafood processing company and worked in the Alaskan oil field, and a very successful real estate agent. She is publishing her autobiography called "Bountiful" that I cannot wait to read, such an inspiration, when she set her mind to something, nothing could stop her. She was successful in male dominated industries like crab fishing and rose to the top as a sea captain. She is truly beautiful inside and out and works diligently to offer outstanding customer service and impeccable stay at one of the most incredible places I've ever stayed in the world. Everyone who has the fortune and sheer pleasure to visit, instinctively books a return visit, so my advise is to book far in advance to ensure availability. Thank you Debbie for an unforgettable experience.”

“Great B&B. We stayed in the suite but the three house is also absolutely amazing. The Suite was extremely spacious, had some board games that we could play, a huge shower, and amazing views of the forest and coast. A small hike through the forest will take you to amazingly beautiful beach area, that I bet is amazing for summer stays. You can also drive to the beach. The breakfast was delicious, she made sure we were comfortable and full! Even gave as the recipe to her amazing pop-overs.”

“The manager seems to really care. I am currently doing business with them because my dad lived there and hes now passed so I'm trying to take care of his estate. And even though I am unable to pay his monthly rent they're giving me the necessary time to remove my dads vehicle and rv. I really appreciate their caring attitude and understanding.”

“Quaint place within a nice, semi-rural mobile home park. Welcoming, and large enough for events. The kitchen has a large pass through for serving, and a restroom on the premises.”

“Lived here for 7-8 months, in an RV space. Management is perfect. Spaces are tight. 24hr Laundry on site, but very limited, and no change machine. Residents are peaceful and no known problems of thievery. Space comes with a little shed. RV spaces are gravel, with full hookups, and new 50amp connections. Rent is very reasonable, compared to other RV/mobile parks. Would recommend to anyone with an open mind.”
