In the Isaac Bell novels by Clive Cussler, there is a fictional private detective agency whose motto is "We never give up. Never!" That's exactly how I feel about BullerTech when I have a computer issue - Rob never gives up. Never! He keeps at it until he figures out what is wrong, which allows me to get back to my routine as quickly as possible. In addition to his perseverance, he's also very friendly, accessible, affordable, reliable, and just about every other positive adjective you can think of. I have used his services for over 12 years and would recommend him to anyone with a computer.
