My wife and I were looking at getting a car when we stopped in at ZAG. From the start Enrique greeted us both with a smile and handshake. I told Enrique our budget and payment requirements. He proceeded to show us vehicles within our budget. I found a car that just caught my eye. Believing this was way outside our budget Enrique believed he could make it happen. We sat down to crunch numbers and discuss pricing we were treated like family.The whole ZAG team were absolutely professional. While test driving cars my wife found a car she loved. With just a mention of maybe trading in my wife’s car for another Enrique evaluated our trade in and came back with a more than fair offer. My wife and I both left in new cars and some new friends. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

10/10 would recommend. The people are so nice and and literally break their backs to get you in the nicest car possible. A real family dealership. Ask for Luigi!!! Great guy, and he spent hrs getting me into the right car for me. I was approved for a car I never imagined leaving in. These guys are freaking awesome and they'll do you right. Went in today to see if I can trade in my truck for a tesla. And when I came in I was helped by Enrique G. He came to me right away asked me what I was looking for and made sure what I wanted to go home with! He made my experience at zags even more joyful! They have so much inventory to choose from! And tell you the truth about everything and make sure you leave happy!! That’s what you call a dealership! Highly recommend place to go for trading in and buying a car!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Idk what to say .. But Enrique Iglesias is the truth... I came up to put my wife in something nice and ended up leaving with not only a fly drop top Benz for her.. But also He upgraded my Range Rover to a newer bigger model.. he did the work to make sure we were comfortable with the price; down and monthly...go see hime and tell him Dom from 314Pie sent you...my name ain't gonna get you a discount; but they take care of you... get you in and out.. they've built a reputation with the banks

My wife and have been holding off on purchasing a new to us SUV for fear of aggressive sales tactics used by other car dealers we have purchased from in the past. While out looking for that perfect SUV or truck, we came across ZAG motors in Everett. After parking, we were immediately approached by a salesman, and my anxiety started to kick into overdrive. However, I was soon put at ease by Enrique, who made us feel like more than a potential customer.
After talking with him for a few minutes about everything except buying a car, my service dog, who never approaches anyone, walked up to him like she knew him her entire life. That was enough for me and my wife.
We brought up why we were there and what we were looking for, and Enrique started walking the lot with us, not showing us the highest priced SUV's and trucks, but only what we had described to him.
The first truck we test drove was a beautiful crew cab Ram 2500 Quad Cab 4x4. To be honest, I fell in love with it right away, and my wife said it was definitely a contender, though it was difficult for her to get into, it was so high, but it was a dream truck of ours.
When we returned from the test drive, Enrique met us, with the keys to a gorgeous GMC Yukon Denali, Black, in mint condition. It was a few thousand cheaper than the truck we test drove, but you couldn't tell by looking at it. Then we drove it, and wow, it was exactly what we NEEDED, not what we wanted when we arrived. The Denali has every option available, including perfectly matching Black aftermarket wheels.
Note: I am an amputee, my right leg below the knee, and I require a service dog for other issues. Enrique picked the Denali for us with that in mind, and he hit it out of the park.
After driving it, we returned, telling him we wanted the Denali.
We told him what we wanted to pay, including our trade, a 2015 Chrysler 300, and he made it happen. A better-than-expected finance rate, and added a warranty on top of it all.
In the end, we will be going back there when we decide to buy a second Truck, without hesitating.
