I have been browsing cars all along the west coast and West Coast models kept popping up. They are very careful selecting models/accepting trades that are not lemons. I did a trade as well and completed in a cash offer. The trade process and pricing was extremely transparent. I really appreciate Alex’s honest, professional, efficient, no black box approach. Car shopping can be scary if you feel like you may be swindled. His knowledge about the vehicles helped me find a fit for my needs- beyond what I could have decided on my own. Have already told friends and family. Steven from finance was also super professional, helped with a clear contract process and explained the warranties very well. I definitely recommend asking about the warranty deals. I have purchased new cars mostly for the service reliability - with the warranty I got, I could get the car I really wanted without worrying. I felt very smart leaving the lot with my new car. :) They also have a GREAT site for browsing. Keep them bookmarked for your car shopping- bonus to see all the cool cars they get!
