Not only was the quality very high but when a small defect came about on one of my tail lights, Chris got me into the shop with only a few days notice and and fixed the issue same day. “Jim at SAS provides the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had!!! I recently ordered two pair of SAS sandals to replace some I’ve had for 10+ years. I ordered two different sizes cause I didn’t remember what I had ordered previously. I figured I could exchange the one that didn’t fit. The next day I had a missed phone call from Jim at SAS. I called back the following day and left a message for him. In the meantime he emailed me and asked if I intended to order two different sizes or if that was possibly a typo. The fact that anyone even noticed the discrepancy amazed me! Let alone reached out to me about it! That is genuine, excellent customer service! And on top of that, SAS sandals are the most well made, comfortable sandals I have ever worn! You can’t go wrong here. And if you have any problems, Jim will help you!”

“ Updating rating from 1 to 4 stars. Got a call from BRC manager explaining their side of situation and they acknowledged that communication regarding delay could have been better from their side. After reading other reviews, situation I faced looks rare so I don't want to go too harsh on rating for one off situation especially when I know their side of the story now. BTW, I also received the item I ordered. Called them to check if they have a particular item in stock. They said yes. Went to their store in next 30 mins. They said "No we don't have the item in stock" so ordered item I was looking for by paying 100% in advance after they gave expected delivery date in 15 days. It is now 35 days since full payment and item is not yet arrived.”
