“Jim at SAS provides the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had!!! I recently ordered two pair of SAS sandals to replace some I’ve had for 10+ years. I ordered two different sizes cause I didn’t remember what I had ordered previously. I figured I could exchange the one that didn’t fit. The next day I had a missed phone call from Jim at SAS. I called back the following day and left a message for him. In the meantime he emailed me and asked if I intended to order two different sizes or if that was possibly a typo. The fact that anyone even noticed the discrepancy amazed me! Let alone reached out to me about it! That is genuine, excellent customer service! And on top of that, SAS sandals are the most well made, comfortable sandals I have ever worn! You can’t go wrong here. And if you have any problems, Jim will help you!”
