“It seems almost strange to write a review about a church, but this is a very special place. There is nothing new under the sun, but TEC is a refreshing change from what seems to be normative today in the Church. Some churches have all head and no heart while others have all heart and not much head. It's great to go to a place that seems to be balanced. While church styles are different and some like a more or less lively service, I would suggest at least coming a few times to see what is going on. I am just a guy who goes there, not on staff or anything, and our family absolutely loves going to church. Not because we leave all happy about ourselves, but because we were taught the Word and it seems like the leaders are trying to live what they are teaching. That is sadly kind of a novelty today. Come check it out and if I am there make sure you say "Hello" and hopefully I'll beat you to the intro:)”

“This church has a kitchen and social reception area that is rented out to the local Marysville Rock and Gem Club. If you would like to join the club, the meetings are at 7 p.m. starting in September, always the second Tuesday of every month. Although, during Covid-19 lockdown and last year there were no meetings. The kitchen and hall area are all in one room and it accommodates around eighty or more club members. You leave it clean, just like you found it. The cost to be a member of the Marysville Rock and Gem club is ten dollars a year per person or twenty dollars a year per family. The next club show will be held at the Monroe State Fairgrounds on the Saturday and Sunday of October's first weekend! Free admission and a ticket for free prizes drawn on every hour! Glorious club displays of lifetime passion for rocks and minerals! A children's table only for a Silent Auction and many fantastic items for sale. Vendors selling slabs of stone, amber, fossils, Silent Auction tables of specimens and food vendors! Remember, this show is at the Monroe State Fairgrounds on the first weekend in October. Entrance is free! The church has Marysville Rock and Gem Club parking for the meetings in the back of the church. If you need more information about rental costs, please call the church office. They are very accommodating. We are very thankful they have begun renting the hall again. Do one nice thing for someone today, enjoy the fresh air and be kind!😄”
