Has an amazing walkthrough at this location terrific service and lovely views
Great place to live! Ellen has been so kind and patient with all my questions, and answered immediately. I have just renewed my lease for another year. I truly feel so appreciated. It's refreshing to finally have a manager that cares about the residents.
When coming to Quartz Creek Apartments, I was able to work with the property manager Ellen from the beginning to get situated in a VERY accommodating apartment. Ellen has made the entire process a breeze to get into my new apartment (back in 2020) and I know I’m going to renew my lease here once it’s finished. I truly feel welcomed and appreciated as a tenant which is rare to come by in most places you might rent from.
Thank you for giving me the right place to be! I highly recommend moving to Quartz Creek Apartments :)
Over the summer I toured the property with Ellen and am looking forward to a move in January 2021. The area seems tranquil yet convenient to the amenities my partner and I need. As I toured the property I felt safe, and the grounds looked well maintained. This is important to me as Seattle is going through many changes right now. Rent is affordable and I will be glad to relocate to the Mountlake Terrace area for the next phase of my life.
I have been living here for the past 2 years and I have to say I didn't think that management listened to our complains until yesterday. I witnessed something that was long overdue and whomever our new manager is, I am very pleased that he/she had the courage to get all the cars that were parked illegally off the complex. I bought a carport space and I get to park under it if I'm lucky 4 times a week even though I pay for it everyday. I just got tired of calling the office because nothing was ever done about it. I feel bad for all my neighbors that got their car towed but they were taking spaces that we paid for and I don't think that is fair. I hope that we can finally see some positive changes in our neighborhood. Thank you!!
