I have been a resident for 8 years. I could not be happier with the company and the professional staff. A special shout out to Sarah in the office who overlooks all of our daily projects and operations and needs of us tenants she is really cares about us works with us and always sees great results I just want you to know how much you're appreciated Sarah. The maintenance staff is very professional and great to work with they're very friendly walking around the community I feel very fortunate to be in this safe beautiful environment
I moved into this complex in Jan 2023 and can say this renting experience has been my best. The management team is quick and responsive, super accommodating and generally really pleasant to interact with. Sarah in the leasing office is WONDERFUL and solution oriented when there’s been any issue in my building/parking. It is an older complex but my unit has been updated with great appliances. The maintenance team is awesome, shout-out to Francisco immediately responded to my call when there seemed to be some leak issues and worked around my scheduled to make sure the work was done efficiently. I don’t usually write reviews but I am genuinely impressed by this team!
The amenities are awesome 😎 If you ever have any issues or work orders, they are always addressed in a timely matter. If you need anything, Sarah the assistant property manger gets things done. She is friendly and always has a smile on my face even with running the property. Even with all the renters she knows who you are and addresses you by name. Makes you feel like she cares.
I’ve lived at Aspire Apartments for 8 years and even though it has its ups and downs, you really can’t get any better than this. Location is centralized and minutes from both Interstate 5 and I-405. The neighborhood is pretty descent and we haven’t had too many crazy altercations like some Seattle properties do. You’re walking distance from the grocery store, laundromat, 7-11, and the interurban trail. The best part about this property is management - specifically Sarah the Asst. Property Mgr who is always ready and willing to help. She is pretty busy when you see her but always there to greet you with a smile when you walk into the office. She takes pride in her work and her attention to detail is pretty on point; in fact, I don’t remember the last time I put in a service request and had to follow up because it wasn’t done. Her ability to handle multiple tasks and still carry a smile is unshakeable. I’ve been through multiple Property Managers and if there’s anyone that I will remember, it will be her. Her tribal knowledge of the property is extensive that losing her would be a great disadvantage. She has really been the reason why i stay here because PMs are the heart and soul of the property and without her this place would be lifeless. Sarah is truly a gem and super awesome!! - JG.
I'd like to share my positive experience at Aspire Apartments in Mountlake Terrace. Over the past 18 months I have lived here, the management team has been diligent in making improvements to the property.
The location is a big plus, with easy access to I5 and nearby shopping options. The amenities, including the heated pool, remodeled gym, hot tub, and dry sauna, are well-maintained and available year-round (except for the pool which is closed in winter).
One of the standout features is the pet-friendly environment, complete with a dog run, and the friendly neighbors add to the community's charm.
I want to give a special mention to Sara, the property manager. She's been incredibly helpful and friendly, always advocating for residents. Overall, Aspire Apartments is a great place to call home, thanks to the improvements and the dedicated management team. Highly recommended!
