“My mother was the first resident to live at La Pierre and was there for over a year when her vascular dementia required a higher level of skilled care until her passing. The care givers were very compassionate and saw to her needs both physical and emotional. They customized her day based upon her desires such as sleeping in late and still having breakfast once she was up and endless requests for coffee. She was a bit of a picky eater and they accommodated her food preferences. They allowed us to bring some of her special furniture so she felt "at home". They took her on outings and kept me informed of any changes they observed in her health and integrated all physician recommended care. As with all relationships, communication is key. The management was always responsive and listened to any requests we made. I would use La Pierre again for other family members should the need arise and have recommend them to friends of mine.”

“I loved the layout of this park! It seems like a quiet and tranquil place to have a picnic or let the kids explore and play. The wildlife in the area seemed pretty active during my visit like ducks, squirrels and other birds. There was a sign on one end of the park that said the park was closed and another entrance that welcomed guests. There is a beach park nearby that I didn't find yet. But it looks pretty nice on google maps”

“I have worked at this shell for 7 years and i have to say many customers love our food mart area! This is the spot for a variety of foods, hot and fresh on the spot! Most companies in the area come here daily including SKANSKA (the people building the light rail) .By all means if anyone is having a bad experience we ask that you tell the manager of the location because we do care about customer concerns. We have won circle of excellence 4 times in the last 7 years.... out of 230 stores, hmm there is a reason for that :) We hope to see you soon. I have an old 18 year old car and wasn't really sure what to check, so him thoroughly checking fluids and checking cracks and fluids then explaining it to me patiently and not just charging me for random stuff was definitely appreciated. “Nice trail for being in the middle of suburbia. The trail itself is well maintained. Some is paved & some is gravel. There is a nice frisbee golf course as well. The playground area at Candy Cane Park is riddled with trash though. There is a portable toilet near the playground. The parking area is fairly small.”

“This is a fantastic place for young youth who are looking to learn self discipline and accountability. There's no way to cheat your way through physical endurance. Once you reach the level that enables you for sparring with full gear it is awesome and it really puts it into perspective some of the basics you learn in day to day classes. I wish more adults my age were willing to take the challenge, but those teenagers keep me reminded that youth certainly more flexible range! :)”

“The office and Maintenance staff together made our stay at Taluswood very welcoming. If you are a dog owner, there are a lot of green belts around which is very convenient. Lots of amenities. Taluswood is unlike any other apartment complex I've stayed at. The office manager worked with me on my final account statement when I decided to move. No bitter feelings about being overcharged. I recommend living here if you work in the area, and have pets.”
