“I moved into this complex in Jan 2023 and can say this renting experience has been my best. The management team is quick and responsive, super accommodating and generally really pleasant to interact with. Sarah in the leasing office is WONDERFUL and solution oriented when there’s been any issue in my building/parking. It is an older complex but my unit has been updated with great appliances. The maintenance team is awesome, shout-out to Francisco immediately responded to my call when there seemed to be some leak issues and worked around my scheduled to make sure the work was done efficiently. I don’t usually write reviews but I am genuinely impressed by this team!”

“The office and Maintenance staff together made our stay at Taluswood very welcoming. If you are a dog owner, there are a lot of green belts around which is very convenient. Lots of amenities. Taluswood is unlike any other apartment complex I've stayed at. The office manager worked with me on my final account statement when I decided to move. No bitter feelings about being overcharged. I recommend living here if you work in the area, and have pets.”

“When coming to Quartz Creek Apartments, I was able to work with the property manager Ellen from the beginning to get situated in a VERY accommodating apartment. Ellen has made the entire process a breeze to get into my new apartment (back in 2020) and I know I’m going to renew my lease here once it’s finished. I truly feel welcomed and appreciated as a tenant which is rare to come by in most places you might rent from. Thank you for giving me the right place to be!
