I was able to pick up my trailer from American pride trailers. I custom ordered it to my specs. As covid has rocked the supply chain and quite frankly the rest of the world it took a while to get my trailer completed. But once I picked it up I am incredibly impressed. I had been looking for trailers and have not been pleased with the quality that you can buy. Or they're just isn't one that would quite fit the bill of what I was hoping for. So after seeing reviews on American pride trailers I place my custom order. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the trailer. I was quite pleased with the constant communication that I had with Roxanne. And even though Target dates had to shift due to covid related supply issues I was constantly kept aware of the progress. The build quality is fantastic. And by far a better trailer than any comparably priced that you can find. I maintain a five-star rating as delivery dates were not possible due to world climate circumstances and not the fault of the company. I can't say enough with how pleased I am with this trailer.
This is a ‘mom and pop’ place so expectations should be set likewise. If you expect cookie cutter ontime performance, that’s not how mom and pop shops work. But if you expect highest quality extremely well built than you’ve come to the right place. If you want a trailer that doesn’t fall apart due to flimsy build but want something easy to use you can use for a very long time, set your expectations appropriately and you’ll be very satisfied.
I was in the market for a camp trailer we could take on gravel or dirt roads. When I saw the ad on Craigslist, I contacted Roxann. She was incredibly helpful and the trailer turned out great. We took it on a 2500 mile road trip and handled perfectly.
I ordered an American Pride Trailer based on price and because it is a veteran run business. As noted in other reviews, they missed the scheduled delivery date but honestly not surprising given COVID challenges. The wait was definitely worth it as the trailer is very well built. Their service is great too – I had an issue with the trailer that was my fault and they fixed it with no charge. Great product, great service. Highly recommended.
