“This little shop is so cute, and it's just a short walk from North Cove Park! The treats they serve are absolutely delicious, the sugar cookie designs are adorable, and the folks behind the counter are really sweet, helpful, and patient with kids. They also offer really cute merchandise for purchase.”

“I’ve been a Grain customer for years, I love all their gf baked goods, especially the cinnamon rolls. I love that they have take and bake cinnamon rolls and regular rolls. I am finally writing this review because I ordered myself a gluten free, dairy free chocolate cake with raspberry filling and strawberry frosting for my birthday. It was THE BEST CAKE!! It was so moist and tasted like regular cake. I’m not much of a frosting person, but the strawberry frosting was to die for!! Highly highly recommend their chocolate cake!”

“My kids love donuts and Top Pot Doughnuts is our go to place. They have multiple options to choose from. My kids favorite are Apple Fritter, Glazed Old fashion, chocolate rainbow sprinkles, and Maple bars. We have tried other options too and those are equally good. Their coffee always a plus. Nice staffs, always fresh doughnuts, not much crowded, enough seating space. In summer we enjoy outdoor seating area as well.”

“Super cute new bakery. Great place to relax or study over a coffee, savory bite, or cookie.”

“Soo good. We came in around lunchtime, and though the cases were empty, there was still a really great selection of donuts on the rack. We ordered three types, a lemon filled, a raspberry filled, and apple fritters. All of them were wonderful, very fresh and soft, with tasty fillings and a good amount, as well. Oh, my, but those apple fritters! Big as a plate, and so good. We ordered two, but they were so big, we split one. 10/10 will do again.”

“We went there for brunch on Saturday and we had a 30 minutes wait time. The wait time is worth it because the food is amazing here. Staffs were very friendly and pleasant. Never had such yummy bacon before. Please do try the potatoes here. If you are lucky, then you'll find the Banana Donut - this sells like hot cakes. Try it. French toast was pure delish!”

“This is a mega store that offers a variety of everything. The problem is that if you miss something on your shopping list, you may have to walk a distance. I imagine it’s good exercise. You wouldn’t expect to find some things even in a specialty store. I was looking at baking supplies & was pleasantly surprised to find fondant and a variety of icing colors. Prices are great, selections are huge, & everything is found in one store. The problem is you can easily walk out with more stuff. Located just off I-5 (near exit 200).”

“Great french bakery with lots of flaky buttery goodness but come early, selections go fast. The pastry chef is French and spent 5 years there honing his craft and it shows. So glad they decided to settle here after a stink in NYC. Not great for my waist line but awesome for my tummy. Their espresso is quite good as well.”

“5 stars for the bakery - nowhere else in Monroe (at least outside Main St) has daily (twice daily sometimes) fresh-baked, FRESH bread from an in-store bakery. It's so much better tasting than the packaged/brand name loaves. The Italian loaf is my favorite, but today they also had garlic & herb French loaf. And they sell it sliced and unsliced. The bakery staff are really nice and helpful. Because it's fresh bread, it will go stale after one or two days. This is kinda what I want as it means it's not full of random emulsifiers and stabilizers to keep it "fresh" for weeks on end (like the branded loaves in the normal supermarket aisle).”

“The staff are always so nice and welcoming. I look forward to going there just for a quick snack. Breads, pastries, personal pies, chocolate milk. This my favorite stop to cure sweet tooth or craving for a good bite”

“Friendly staff, Brett F. in the bar was fast, friendly, and attentive. We went on a busy Sunday for lunch. The wait was about 10 minutes. I LOVED the BLT and side salad!”

“I can join the ranks of GLOWING reviews. When we walked in, Marta was SUPER friendly. She and Dawn were both extremely helpful, and patient with my crew (the shop is not large, and I walked in with two teens and a kid). My teenaged baker child was in HEAVEN. The prices were extremely reasonable, and she ended up with quite an eclectic pile by the time we checked out (flavoring, a silicone mold, cake rounds, cookie cutters....but my favorite find was a rubber scraper that had been created especially to scrape off whisks). It was super simple to sign my teen up for one of the classes Dawn offers, and we are excited to head back and take that in a few weeks! UPDATE: My kiddo took the Modern Techniques cake decorating class today, with a friend. Elise was SO great, and the cakes turned out beautifully! All materials were provided, and my daughter came home with five 5” cakes, each in its own box for transport. She learned mirror glaze, striped frosting, drippy glaze, Russian tips, palette knife flowers, and fault line techniques (along with basic crumb coat and frosting techniques). Just couldn’t be happier! Update 2: Chocolate 101 is in the books. 4 hours of tempering instruction and truffle filling. My daughter brought home 3 dozen professional looking truffles and they look (and smell) amazing! Thank you, Dawn! Love the teeny class sizes and professional results. My daughter loves how friendly every single employee is.”

“One of the best Gluten Free bakeries I've been to! Has the Cardamom Sandwich Cookies with Cream Cheese frosting and it was delish! Chewy in texture and the spicy, earthy flavors were intense. The frosting was not sweet at all yet still tangy. Couple shots over ice of Vita Coffee which went great to chase it down. Stop by when you get a chance.”

“The froyo is amazing, and the people working here as well. The owner was super kind and helped us when we forgot our purses at the store. Such a great and kind person. Thank you so much!”

“Pretty nice location but miss the McDonald's near front entrance and the selection a lot better than the other Marysville store. I saw a lot there than normally do not see. Floor layout is also wider so easier to get around in aisles if it is busy. The restroom was open in front entrance and clean. Also I really appreciate how one worker saw it was busy and offered to open extra check stand without someone requesting or waiting for someone else. I really appreciate her for doing that as we quickly were checked out.”

“Cute small space, loved all of the photography on the walls. My soy hazelnut latte was delish! Love that they support local artists. Staff wasn't very welcoming/friendly.”

“We stopped for lunch and pie, and enjoyed our visit. Very clean facilities. Family friendly and casual. Order at the counter and the staff will bring food to you. Bus your own table. I had the 1/2 sandwich, soup, and pie combo for $16. Good portion size.”

“Jessica baked and delivered (literally going the extra mile) our wedding cake for our 2020 elopement. We’ve since ordered her baked goods a number of times and can’t praise her talents and service enough. 110% recommend!”

“We came her for lunch yesterday. We used the self order kiosk. The user interface was quite easy to use! Our food was served hot and fresh. The manager was kind enough to inform us our meal was ready since we didn't get a text notification. I got the macaroni grilled cheese sandwich with French onion soup (extra cheese). Though the soup lacked broth flavor they used gruyere cheese which is always the best cheese for French onion soup and many places don't use it. So props to panera. The sandwich was cheesy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The side of French bread was a little stale and tough but it was perfect for dipping in my soup. My wife got an iced caramel machiato drink, which tasted "a little milky" perhaps because of the shear volume of whip cream which melted over time. She got the pepperoni flatbread and really liked it. When I tried a slice, I thought it was lacking in sauce, but I guess "flatbread" pizza isn't supposed to have too much sauce. The fruit cup we got had fresh and juicy chunks of pineapple, melon, and honeydew melon . We ended with a cookie which was large and quite delicious. It was firm, dense, but chewy with lots of chocolate. Our meal cost $33 which is fair since panera is a step up from fast food. Will be back!”

“Great place to grab cookies and dangerous to have this close to our home! We visit about once a month. My favorites are birthday cake and sweet and salty but it is nice that they have a rotating flavor. Only slight compliant is that twice they have placed the wrong cookies in the box, still tasty but not what we asked for. Would recommend confirming you got what you ordered.”

“Panera has always been clean and delicious. But now, they added some deals including the coffee subscription service for $9/month. Also, the first month is free. That's pretty cool. One star comes off because the staff don't seem to have everything 100% organized as far as stocking/service. Still a great choice for a quick breakfast or lunch.”
