Not only were they excellent hosts, but they went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated and comfortable. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, whenever I had an issue, they treated me as a person and not as a client number. I was very impressed with how they resolved a billing issue I raised in my very last month. They went above and beyond, and that is so refreshing when dealing with a business.
