“I recently purchased the Release 5c and had issues with the tires after I converted them to tubeless. I contacted customer service by email and explained the issue. After a few questions, they had two new tires shipped to my front door within two days...Problem solved! This was a bike I had dreamed of owning and the quick response by Ben in customer service kept the new bike experience from being a negative experience. The bike is awesome!”

“Easy access off SW 320th in Federal Way, plenty of parking in the Twin Lakes Plaza. You'll recognize it by the sign as well as the funky door with bike gear design on it. It's a one man operation with a lot of used bikes, accessories and of course advice! Today we got a nice padded bike seat to replace a crummy one on a bike we've had for a while. Decent prices, no hassles, and easy e-receipt. A good little shop.”

“Highly recommend stopping by for any cycling needs. Every now and then I swing by with questions about the commuter/gravel bike I purchased with them and they are happy to answer them. Lots of products to choose from and the service I’ve had done is reasonably priced and very well done. Happy all around with this shop and will continue to go here!”

“Peter and his team are great, whether a quick derailleur adjustment or stripping down a frame for repair. The only place I shop for bikes, have bought my last 6 from them. Great selection of rocky mountain, specialized bikes. Always telling friends about them and all have been happy with their bikes.”

“Overall my bike was serviced well, workmanship was solid, as well as communication. Guys in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Only thing keeping this shop from a 5 star for me was price. It was way more than I have ever paid at any other bike shop for a tune up and to me the service didn’t exceed others.”

“Awesome! Didn’t realize this existed - it’s a pick up location for online orders and a small outlet store with screaming deals on scratch and dent items. Friendly staff - love evo!”

“These guys are the best, I was on a bike tour with my son and Mike replaced a derailleur cable and fixed up a few more things while he was looking at the bike. Tops notch service and friendly attitude. I wish all shops could be like this.”

“I don't know why you go to big box stores for keys. I'm sure they have a money back guarantee, but isn't it better that it works the first time? I have had literally hundreds of keys made at Kitsap Key and Bike. I had to return one because a new guy used the wrong blank, and of course they fixed it for free. They're knowledgeable and will be honest with you if something isn't possible. This is also the place to go for car key fobs and battery replacements. They're cheaper than the dealership and faster.”

“Thought my stuck brake caliper was shot, but Scott told me to try lubricating it, which fixed it! He could have played on my ignorance and tried to sell an expensive caliper. No sale, but another 5 star review! He also has some used parts to sell for cheaper than new.”

“Great local place to buy, fix any bicycle. Did a great job getting my oldest girls bike kit put together. Cost me $110 for maintenance but worth it.”

“I took my work team here for a moral event. From the first time I called to inquire about hosting a large group (15) to the day we showed up for the ride, Seth and the rest of the Pedego team were excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with the experience and maximize the fun! I'd highly recommend these guys. They are located in a great spot with many options for an hour or two ride to some of Seattle's most beautiful spots like Discovery Park, Golden Gardens, and Gas Works. The bikes are fantastic and so is the service and attention to detail! Thanks Pedego”

“I am not one to do reviews but in this case the company deserves it . I had the best experience with X-treme's customer service staff especially with Gina. I needed a part for my e bike and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct part. Not only was she efficient at her job but was kind and caring . I have and i will continue to highly recommend X-treme Scooters in the future!”

“Great shop. They were the only place that had the cassette I needed during these crazy supply chain constraints. Snagged some chains while I was picking up my online order.”

“Shane knows what he is doing and has great, friendly customer service. He works on all types of bikes, including kids bikes. He was able to do same day service the day I was there. He definitely should be your first choice if you are looking for bike repair in Federal Way.”

“One of the best bike shops in Vancouver and it all goes to a good cause. I’ve had my bicycles fixed many times here and even donated a couple bicycles. If you ever need to donate anything at all I recommend going to Open House Ministries. This bike shop is a part of their cause.”

“I have a pair of the Treker 20 rear panniers and they're the best panniers I've owned in my 30+ years of touring. Built for stout, waterproof and hold a ton of gear. Extremely durable and they mount and stay rock solid on the rack. The mounting gear is spot on. When not touring I use them around town for everything from grocery shopping to bringing home a couple of my favorite growlers of IPA. Made in the USA and they blow away their plastic looking imported competitors in all regards! Once I placed my order the panniers arrived quickly.”

“I had bought my bike from the Redmond Microsoft campus and these guys were really helpful to claim my Shimano shifter warranty. Bike technician Jim is a great guy and they even opened to store to fix my bike on their holiday. They didn't try to unnecessarily sell parts and just replaced what was needed. Highly recommended for buying and servicing the bike.”
