“UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership and I would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Christian, Rob and Andrew for taking care of me. I love my truck! Purchased brand new truck, gas tank was empty. Was supposed to receive $1000 in GM accessory credit. Still waiting for Andrew to call and explain how I will receive my credit. It seemed every customer in the store was particularly aggravated for no reason, and the two staff members working were forced to babysit more than actually fulfill their duties. Once back in the parking lot, the occupants of the vehicle next to me were actively smoking (we aren’t talking tobacco or green, here…) in their car, making my battery test a bit more odiferous than planned. I’ll be back most likely, but will certainly only be making that trip — much unlike the other customers’ trips — during daylight hours.”

“Had my vehicle towed to this location in the morning due to a flat. When I arrived there was a small wait, 8:30am. Then Nate came out and helped, we went outside and he looked at all tires and informed me that there were two that were in bad shape and the other two would probably need to be changed out by the end of the year. So once we went in and he showed me prices I decided to purchase all four instead. He also suggested that I replace my rear windshield wiper. (Which I knew was bad.) so went ahead and had all that done. He was very informative in explaining it all. Showed us a chart they had in the lobby area. I was able to leave my vehicle there until I was off work and had someone drop me off. My wife had also been there previously and was very satisfied with their staff. Dylan and Joey helped her at the time. They were very informative as well and helped with tire selection. Joey was very nice with everyone and real helpful!”

“I had a Gen2 Prius with the dreaded Red Triangle Of Death. With the Dr Prius app and a recommended OBD adapter from Amazon, I got a pile of error codes. With this information I called around 5 places the Seattle area and Ethio had the best prices by a long shot. Within two days the owner came to my site and replaced the battery, but found diagnostic errors on the test drive. For a modest additional sum he took the car to his shop repaired the inverter. Superb service, great price, attention to detail, and highly responsive to text messages. He’s been at this a long time and knows his stuff for all kinds of hybrid batteries. I’m glad I found him.”

However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store.
