“I had a great experience dealing with this business. I needed a custom made set of rock sliders for my 17 year old Ford, and X-O came through at a great price where no other business would. I looked for almost 2 years to find these at a price point I could work into my build. Unfortunately they arrived missing 4 of the mounting bars due to rough handling in shipping- I contacted them and they promptly shipped out the lost pieces at no charge. My only criticism would be the quality of the welds, BUT I am a journeyman pipe welder, and to be quite honest, I dont think theres an offroad shop welder on earth that could impress me; 1 of the welds had a worm track, and 4 had very minor porosity in them, this isnt a problem for rock sliders, but as a welder, I wouldn't have left it like that. The kit worked great overall, I had to custom fab the front and rear mounts, but otherwise, it was straight forward install. I honestly couldnt be happier and have recommended them to every truck owner thats asked about them. Thanks for a great product and support. Well done.”

“Charlie Lyford who is the President of T-Zero Racing rescued me from not being able to race at the July 4th 2014 SOVREN races when my 1971 BMW 2002 sheared off its alternator bolt shortly before an upcoming race. He set up my car with a stronger aircraft strength type bolt that allowed me to race the rest of the weekend when it would have been very difficult to find this unusual bolt and nut while being at the race track. Laurie Lyford welcomed me into Group 4 racing even though my car was not at the caliber of Laurie's car or all the rest of the Group 4 cars with friendly advice and tips. Andrew Morrison also helped me with additional issues on my car that made a weekend of challenging racing issues turn out to be a fun weekend. “emailed DPF Alternatives in Pacific, WA with questions about their process, specifically as it relates to my 2010 VW TDi Jetta Cup Car. Received a call from Kevin Sarapin. We discussed the scope of the DPF cleaning. Kevin asked several questions to determine if DPF was a good candidate for a successful cleaning. Due to fact that the tail pipe had just begun to exhibit soot deposits, Kevin explained that internally there was a high probability that the DPF internals were fractured therefore, not a good long term option. He offered to test the DPF at no cost, just to make sure. A few hours later Kevin texted a link for a "new" OEM VW DPF at a value price along with the recommendation that this is the best option. Ordered and received the new OEM DPF. Called Kevin and thanked him for his professionalism and transparency. While I didn't utilize DPF Alternatives, I can recommend Kevin Sarapin and DPF Alternatives - Pacific as a place to trust with your business!”

“Honesty and integrity is usually not what comes first when you think of a vehicle dealership but that's my experience with SoSo Cycles as it pertains to the service dept. First off, they respond to emails/phone calls promptly (I can't say that about other shops). They also diagnosed my problem (oil leak) and kept me apprised of the service work. Integrity as I asked for a service which they deemed unnecessary and told me so (saving me a couple hundred bucks). Finally, they truly just love motorcycles and it shows. “Justin is the BEST! I live in Stanwood and have always taken my BMW to a (highly reviewed) repair shop in Everett. When my BMW broke down on my way to work I searched (while waiting for the tow truck) for BMW repair shops close to me and found Running Automotive. With fingers crossed, I had my car towed there. The tow truck driver eased some of my concerns when he said that Justin was an expert in German car repair. I got my car back and it’s running great. So we then took in my husband’s Tacoma because we had taken it 2 times to our repair shop in Everett because of a noise we heard when driving and they kept reassuring us nothing was wrong. Well they were wrong, it was a bad wheel bearing and Justin found and repaired it. Truck is running perfect now. Justin is meticulous, honest, knowledgeable in German car repair, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Justin is now our go to mechanic for all of our vehicles. Highly recommend.”

“TLDR ~ Best purchase experience I've ever made! The service technician and counter people were able to help guide me to the zero point riding mower I wanted and answered all my questions along the way. I wanted it to last, service it myself, and be reliable. I decided on a Bad Boy MZ Magnum. They steered me to get a grass shoot rather than a bag as grass won't get clogged with our regularly wet conditions. They were able to deliver it to my house a couple days later, and the driver called me to ask if I was going to be using it that night to which I said yes and he filled it up, so that I was able to rock and roll after a long hot Friday work day. He even unloaded it into my garage to keep it safe as no one was home at the time. I was half joking with my wife and friend in the store about how I wanted to upgrade the seat pretty soon to the nice ones with arm rests and more back support. My wife talked with the service technician about how the arms and foot deck pedal were too far away on most machines when we were looking. I discovered a very pleasant surprise when seeing the mower for the first time after delivery. The seat was upgraded, the lever and pedal were shortened for my wife, and it was ready to turn key and go! The convience and hassle free experience was top-notch. Did I also mention that the price was better than anything I could find online? These guys are amazing.”
