Every morning someone arrives at like 430 5 am just so there is fresh squeezed oj and grapefruit juice ready for the day .... Best breakfast ever!!! I ordered two different sizes cause I didn’t remember what I had ordered previously. I figured I could exchange the one that didn’t fit. The next day I had a missed phone call from Jim at SAS. I called back the following day and left a message for him. In the meantime he emailed me and asked if I intended to order two different sizes or if that was possibly a typo. The fact that anyone even noticed the discrepancy amazed me! Let alone reached out to me about it! That is genuine, excellent customer service! And on top of that, SAS sandals are the most well made, comfortable sandals I have ever worn! You can’t go wrong here. And if you have any problems, Jim will help you!”

Maybe that’s convenient for those that are looking for something specific or someone that just likes to be in and out but I like to take my time and explore each isle to find the best pieces weather it is shoes, clothing, beauty or home decor, I think it’s exciting and fun to look around and find lots of cool stuff but this location I feel like lacks inventory.”

They took the time to measure my feet correctly and recommend shoes that made the most sense for what I would be doing in them. They gave me several options and in the end I got a pair of Brooks. “I ordered two pairs of boots last September (2019), a classic hiker and a summer hiker. I am a professional geologist and avid backpacker and have had life-long issues with debilitating blisters. I received the boots in late spring, also experiencing some of the delays and communication issues of recent reviews (hence 4 stars instead of 5). But persistence paid off. Both pairs have been heavily used this summer and fall and it makes such a difference having boots that fit my misshapen feet properly. Bottom line: The boots are great--six stars! And Aurel and Alex are conscientious craftsmen. I wish they attended to the business side a little better. I desperately want them to be there when I need my next pair!”

“The staff were all energetic and dancing! We loved it my kids really enjoyed the store and employees. We didn't have a bad experience at all. We are a family of color and we didn't experience any discrimination as mentioned in the other reviews (not saying they didn't feel that way) They might of been a lil iffy we were wearing the shoes in the store but they knew we weren't there to steal. We bought a couple pairs of shoes and some shirts. They were all super helpful and attentive! We loved the positivity in this store. Stuff is spendy but honestly when you get good customer service it's worth it. We accidentally left our Nike bag there and hopefully 🙏🏽 they have it! Update: They found our Nike bag and held onto it! Called next day and they saved it for us! So grateful for the employees here!”

The shoes showed up faster then expected and they are true to size (I am a 10.5 so the 11 fit perfect). The only thing was the patches were left out. I contacted your company via instant message and I got an immediate response and was told that they would be sent immediately. That is the kind of customer service I like. I am so impressed that I ordered a pair of AK-47’s and I am waiting for them to be delivered. I can’t say enough good things so far about this company.
