“Super cute and old school local bakery in the center of La Center. The smell inside was amazing and they have a large selection of baking goodies. From what I hear there fritters are outstanding but they run out quick early in the yeah day they are open, it's their most popular baked good. They have donuts, fritters, muffins, cakes, pies, loaf of bread of different flavors, scons, cookies, fudge, shortbread, and many other things. “Killa Bites catered an adult birthday party for about 60 people in December 2023. Based on my conversations with Laura J, one of the principals, we advertised "upscale nibbles" and were very pleased with the quality, quantity, creativity and presentation of the food. In addition to three appetizers from KB's menu, Laura suggested "grazing platters" (which were not listed in the appetizer menus) which were composed of "chef's choice" of seasonal and available fruits, cheeses (ours had wedges of brie, camembert, & others. No American or rubber-eraser "cheddar" either.), nuts, meats (included proscuitto), crackers and other delectables. Laura sent me a picture of a special board that KB did for an 85th birthday and I asked here to replicate it for the 70th celebration. A snap of our buffet is below. A special part of KB's business is the support of a work experience program for high school folks through Birds and Beans, a retail location that offers many of KB's bakery items. The advantage to a potential customer is that you can sample some cake flavors or other bakery item you are considering for your event. This is rather unheard of for a birthday cake, it seems. A snap of the birthday cake, and the birthday boy with the "blow out" cupcake, are also posted below. The cake was delicious and many guests were eager to take a piece home when I offered it. Killa Bite's staff was wonderful during the event and very attentive. If you're looking for something distinctly above-average in a caterer for your next event, I highly recommend you call Killa Bites.”

“At this storage facility, you will find decent prices, great deals and sales, secure units and lots, great communication, and fantastic customer service. I reserved a unit online and immediately received a phone call from Sydney to confirm an appointment time on my requested move-in date. She was very polite, informative, and friendly. Sydney did a wonderful job answering the questions I had, making me feel like I chose a great storage facility to use. I missed a phone call the day before my move in date from Tiffany, the manager. She left me a helpful voicemail, reminding me of my appointment time, location, and a contact number and email if I needed anything. Tiffany clearly enjoys her job and makes storing and moving as easy as possible. I met with Chris in the very clean and well organized office to get me all set up and sign some paperwork. Despite it being his first day, he was on top of everything as if he had been working there for years. Chris was professional, friendly, well-prepared, and made the process quick and easy. When I came back later, I had forgotten the access door code, so I called the office, and Chris was immediately helpful and got me taken care of. Overall, I would say that the renting process was completely painless, definitely 5 star worthy, and made me confident in my decision to use this Public Storage.”
