“It's so hard to believe people these days when they say they are going to do something and actually do it. I'm not just talking about companies online but stuff you buy at the store too. So, when I went in head first and decided to give this a shot I was secretly freaking out. 2 days guaranteed for approval, and my hand was shaking paying the property my application fees of $75. I thought I was going to lose my money. I called Lindsey 5 times no, maybe more after leaving my application fee at the property. She was just calm and kept saying don’t worry. Your money is safe. We wouldn’t do that to you. Maybe she is just a calm person so I went on and slept. Got a call the next morning from the manager they were processing the application and they will let the corporate company know soon as its done. Next freaking out at lunch. So, I pick up the phone and call this poor woman again. Lindsey says she on the phone and will call me back. Ok, I say to myself so this is it. I've been scammed. No, I got a call few minutes later. Its Lindsey. She didn’t hide and dodge my calls after all!!! Next, she said we should have a decision by end of today. Ok, so I busy myself with work and try to think of something else. 4 pm is here. Im watching the clock…. Then SUPRPRISE I get an email from the processing company and IM APPROVED. I run to the bathroom and cry. Next is history… I get my electric turned on, get my renters insurance and send it all to processing. I follow the steps on the ‘welcome letter’ from the property to a ‘T’. I don’t want to screw up anything here…. Friday, my move in date, im in. I am actually in. I still have to write this a few times to believe it still. Thank GOD for you people that care!”

“Update: Well, I can only respect someone who hears a critique and does their best to rectify it. Seems like they cleaned up so disregard the rest of my review. I'm sorry to hear they are having a hard time, hope things get easier for them, it sounds like they deserve a break. -------- I really like the name, and the general vibe of this place, but the washing machines all have moldy door seals. Straight up green slime built up, and they leak while they're running. There was also trash sitting in 3 of the machines I almost used. I understand it's hard to run a small business right now, but other laundromats manage to at least not be moldy. Again, I love the idea of this place, I like that they shame thieves by posting their pictures, but it has to be as clean as the competitors to make me want to come back. If the machines were in better condition, this would be the first place I would go to. I mean no offense with this review, and it's from a place of support.”

“On a scale of 1-10; I'd give them a 20! 1 day turn around from call to service. We were in a panic situation and needed immediate help at my dads (age 93) house. He had no toilets or showers working. All backed up in basement from main sewer line at house. Jim the owner was fantastic. Understanding of ailing father and the situation. Efficient, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing. Jim, answered any of my questions and I asked alot!. Had camera and all necessary equipment on hand for the job to find block/cracked pipe and partial pipe gasket connection default. Got line cleared and explained where the problem using sewer camera and next steps. Cleaned up everything from their work. Gave a military discount to my 93 year dad a WWII Marine Vet. They came highly recommended and I can see why. We will use them for the needed repairs and any future needs. Jim's 40 plus years in the business- he is the person you want to call. I recommend them highly based on our experience.”

“I cannot tell enough great things about this place. It’s magical. It is like the kids’ special place, where they are free and encouraged to be themselves. The kindness and care of Matt and Tinneca is something out of this world and the kids who attend are kind, polite and great friends to my daughter (who had no interest in kids until she started). I wish there were classes for adults (seriously though!) or at least I wish my girl could attend until she’s off to college! To learn and to love nature surrounded by friends and people you trust, that’s the way this place works. It’s a blessing and a gift.”

There were a few samples that we wanted, but they were checked out. Thus, he called the person that had the samples and when the samples were returned, he called us so we could go get them. “This station is clean, staffed with friendly people, has a Baskin Robbins inside and an area with tables and chairs for enjoying your ice cream or a bite to eat. There is a car wash that does a good job and the workers pre scrub your car and dry it afterwards. It is not brushless. I prefer to go early because it is not busy (no lines) and the attendants who pre wash/scrub your car and dry it, aren't exhausted. You can use your Safeway and Albertson points at the pump. They have car vacuum stations, air and water. All coin operated.”
