I came to Advance Auto Parts to double check because something seemed sketchy to me. When I called the store to inquire about how they could help me, John answered and had great customer service. He ensured me that they would help me, and even if he wasn't there that someone would. When I came in, Dan was working and he not only helped me test my battery and let me know that the dealership was trying to finagle me, but he also talked me though the process of batteries and offered his help anytime I have any questions. “Took my Ford Class C MH in for yearly seasonal maintenance and state inspection. Good service and price. Mitch pointed out that the tires will likely age out instead of wearing out. We decided to take another look next year...he could have upsold me, but didn't. I thought I'd be clever and install are valve stem tire pressure system.. Great Gadget! Of course, right before a big trip, I start getting low pressures (42) on one wheel. Suspicious that I screwed up the valve stem, I called on a friday afternoon, and they got me in and pulled the inner tire. It turns out the sensor was leaking on the stem extension. I was advised, for safety, to throw them "as far as you can" and rely on a valve cap and a nice long tire gauge. Good sense, really. I noted other large trucks from local businesses on the lot. They stay busy. Easy access from I-81”
