I came to Advance Auto Parts to double check because something seemed sketchy to me. When I called the store to inquire about how they could help me, John answered and had great customer service. He ensured me that they would help me, and even if he wasn't there that someone would. When I came in, Dan was working and he not only helped me test my battery and let me know that the dealership was trying to finagle me, but he also talked me though the process of batteries and offered his help anytime I have any questions.
