“It's all who you see. First visit Nurse practitioner I saw was lousy and treated me like an addict even though I was not there for pain meds (I was there for nerve block). Second and third visit staff was great. Packed office but only waiting 15 min. Different nurse practitioner and she was awesome. Very compassionate and we came up with a treatment plan. Also saw one of the MDs. He was good as well.”

“By far the best ER experience we've ever had. At first, the place seems a little run down and the people at the front desk were a little off putting. I was nervous but we stayed, as we were traveling cross country and didn't know where else to go in our emergency. And we are so glad we stayed. The care and compassion we received from the ER nurses was beyond heartwarming. They were sensitive, caring, and so genuine with our difficult situation. And Dr Luiza was not only the best Dr we've ever encountered in terms of medical service, knowledge, and compassion, but a very genuine and comforting person as well. The way he explained everything in a very compassionate yet informative way made our situation somehow more manageable. I could honestly write reviews about each and every person here, the anesthesiolosgist even made an impression in the short time we met with him with his heartwarming care, again the best we have ever received. Also, the security noticed a uhaul out in the parking lot and knew it was ours, and came to us when they noticed someone trying to get into it. It was actually just our family that was traveling with us, but the fact that they were keeping an eye on our car and tracked us down to make sure everything was okay was beyond exceptional care as well. That seemed so above and beyond that they were watching our belongings like that while we were receiving care. I can't recommend this hospital and the service we received here enough.”

“I love everything and everyone there except STACY. She's the worst to deal with and the slowest and most useless employee there. If Rachel answers or is there. She at least says "please hold for a sec". Stacy let's the phone ring for 15 mins and then answers abruptly like "HELLO!!! WHAT DO U NEED TODAY???"... I understand not everything is perfect and they're busy.... but there's a way to b3 decent and polite... she has none of that. She also doesn't care. If Rachel works and I explain the same issues my son deals with constantly she says bring him in immediately today. If Stacy is working I'll tell her. Dr noble specifically told me to call on Monday to get him back in on Monday if he's still having fevers after the meds are finished... and she goes "I make the scheduling... Dr noble didn't tell me that so I'll schedule u for another day???" Like excuse me? Lmao... I'm not even mad. But it's like. If u can't care and be decent in that job field, at a child's doctor office. Then quit and work somewhere else!!!!!!”
