“In regards to the 'other' review: Let me explain this again. Without a scheduled morning, there is no way for me to guess at what time I can schedule a job at a specific time. I can only give a 'time frame' and in an open available day- it would be a 2 to 3 hr window. We can't run on down time in between for very long, just as well as someone coming in from out of town doesn't want to sit and wait even for a considerate time frame. If no jobs are scheduled up to that day 'in need' then by all means I can schedule a definite time in the middle of the day. We do accommodate our customers as best we can with the time we have in a day. We have 17 years of recurring appointments to show for it. Anyone, at anytime, can ask for references, on the quality of work we do, AND customer relations. We provide service to a lot of people in this town. Ask around ;)”

They tack on extra (unnecessary) things to pad their invoices. Jay does the exact opposite. He does his best to keep the costs down by shopping around for the parts to ensure we get a good deal. He then completes the work quickly to keep labor costs down. I highly recommend him for any auto repair. You won’t be disappointed.”
