“In regards to the 'other' review: Let me explain this again. Without a scheduled morning, there is no way for me to guess at what time I can schedule a job at a specific time. I can only give a 'time frame' and in an open available day- it would be a 2 to 3 hr window. We can't run on down time in between for very long, just as well as someone coming in from out of town doesn't want to sit and wait even for a considerate time frame. If no jobs are scheduled up to that day 'in need' then by all means I can schedule a definite time in the middle of the day. We do accommodate our customers as best we can with the time we have in a day. We have 17 years of recurring appointments to show for it. Anyone, at anytime, can ask for references, on the quality of work we do, AND customer relations. We provide service to a lot of people in this town. Ask around ;)”

They tack on extra (unnecessary) things to pad their invoices. Jay does the exact opposite. He does his best to keep the costs down by shopping around for the parts to ensure we get a good deal. “This store has the best prices. Customer service is available. I called the customer service and was able to text and inquire about colors of tights and sizes. She was VERY helpful. The issue with the store is you get a confirmation of the order but no confirmation number per say. The email says you will get a confirmation when it ships. I waited about 1 month before calling them (as you get no updates). The person that answered the phone was able to find my order and told me that it's because the leotard that I ordered (from WearMoi) has a 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Somehow, on their page, I missed that... no really their fault but the information is indicated at the bottom of the page not where the 'add to cart' is. I just received my order. I give them 5 stars... because they do have the best price.”
