“They installed a new dashboard display screen in my Cadillac after other auto service centers declined to do the work. They did a great job. I was disappointed in 2 of the charges on the final invoice. I told them what the problem was after researching on Cadillac info sites. I even brought in the part I purchased. They were reluctant to install my part but they agreed. On the billing was a charge of $149.99 for diagnostics after I informed them of the problem. I was also charged $49.99 for "shop supplies". Can't imagine what those were.”
