Tim is a very nice man, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to the family's needs. He was very organized and helpful. He walked us through the entire arrangements process and took care of everything. The facility is very nice, clean and had good accommodations for the family and guests. “Lori was fabulous to work with. ❤ My father was preparing his end of life, after a long fight with bone cancer. She made my parents feel that the more details they were to give her, the better she can share when they were gone. They spent hours with her and even after, my parents couldnt stop talking about her and her interest in them. My father has recently passed. It was very difficult! You can never prepare even watching them deteriorate right in front of you, day after day or week after week. The last week took its toll on him and his appearance. Lori asked for some pictures to help her. She did a fabulous job! It was my dad again laying there. Her attention to detail was remarkable... Even after, Lori's contact with my mom was to console and comfort her. I cant thank Lori enough for all that she did for us during this difficult time. Also to Glen Williams. Thank you both!!”

“Elliot and his staff are amazing. We used him 2 times in like 8 days. He made things easy, and was so very caring and genuine. It was nice that he not only did the funeral and at the cemetery but he also does tombstones. I can tell you that he makes you feel like you are apart of his family. During some of the worst times it is very good to know that this place will be there for you all the way through. 5 stars doesn't even seem like enough.”

“My mother just recently passed and I had Gunderson Funeral Home in Lodi take care of her. Dan was wonderful, very understanding and made a very sad situation into something bearable. His suggestions were welcomed, he wasn’t pushy as far as buying their merchandise even when I told him I would buy items elsewhere for cheaper. I would recommend this place very highly, you walk out feeling like a friend, and thankful for entrusting them with my mother.”
