When I was having car trouble and was stuck on the side of the road, by their location, Becky she called Ernesto, he told me to let it cool then drive down to the shop. Ernesto looked at it and found the problem for free. I thought it was going to be an expensive job, but Ernesto was honest about what was wrong and it was a simple gasket. “Great shop! I recommend Deerfield Tire & Auto to anyone in need of work done on their car. My car had timing chain issues and I took it there for repair. It turned out there was other issues including a damaged camshaft. Troy, the owner was very nice and let me use his car while they worked on mine. I was very pleased with the work they put on my car. I was also worried about what the final bill would be. Troy again was nice and didn’t charge me for some of the labor cost. The bill ended up being high mainly because of the cost of replacement parts. It could have been worse without the reduction. I now have a dependable car that I can drive with confidence thanks to Deerfield Tire & Auto.”
