“Unfinished areas of basement had bad rodent infestation. Jim and Precision Cleaning & Restoration responded promptly to survey the problem. He listened to my concerns and quickly developed a plan to remediate the problem. Proposed quote was half of what others had proposed. I was under a timeline and they scheduled a date quickly. They removed old insulation, cleaned and disinfected the entire basement (including sump pump well) and installed new insulation. The basement looked clean enough to eat in when they were done! Jim had even cleaned and disinfected areas not requested in the original proposal and Jim refused extra compensation for going above and beyond! I will call them in a heartbeat if I have any cleanup issues in the future! Highly recommended!!”

I purchased the suit from Dar at Lucca Fine Men’s Clothing, and she recommended I take it to Best Cleaners. I acted on her advice and brought the suit to the Raymond Road location. The manager, Mona, wasn’t sure whether she’d be able to remove the stain but said she’d try her best. I was really stressed out, because I paid a considerable amount of money for the suit. But sure enough, Mona contacted me a few days later to inform me the stain had been removed. I’m grateful for her assistance and will definitely be returning to Best Cleaners!”
