“The staff were so kind and compassionate when I had to put my good old boy down. They were also very accommodating for my elderly/disabled dad and his pup when we visited. I’ve never had an issue or concern that wasn’t addressed appropriately. They follow up with tests timely and if they don’t have an answer they go out of their way to find one. The vets and techs are knowledgeable and I 100% trust them to care for my 3 and four legged critters.”

Overall it’s a 4.5 because the prices can hurt a bit, but it’s the closest and biggest option for sure. Plus your plates can be renewed right up front in a machine. Very handy to not have to mail out and wait for a sticker.”

“I have been to over 50 CrossFit gyms in the last 8 years and this is one of the best. I was travelling and unexpectedly found myself in Mt. Horeb this summer and needed a gym ASAP to train at for a few days. Jamie could not have been more responsive and accommodating, even letting me come in during off hours (due to COVID craziness) so I could get my session(s) done. My 17 yr old son hadn't been to a CrossFit class in months and we ended up being the only two there on a Friday night so... Jamie basically gave my son a FREE 1 on 1 training session! Jamie just said, "what do you want to work on" and my son walked away with some new insights on his Clean technique that he still uses. In short, we rec'd WAY more than we paid for. With their level of attention to detail, safety and overall athlete experience, I'm sure Trollway Crossfit will continue to thrive and grow. “There’s a lot to like about this spot. As mentioned by others, you serve your own beer, wine or cider. You pay for precisely what you pour, so you can have as little or as much as you want to drink. Prices are excellent for just about everything. The food is also very good. There is a good amount of variety, the dishes are simple but well thought out and executed, and the quality and freshness of everything is above average. We’ve been a few times with our toddler, and we’ve loved it every time. It would be nice if there was a little more decor to make the space warmer and more inviting (more art on the walls, more plants along the patio fence, and maybe slightly dimmer lighting). This place would also work well for casual dates, girls or boys night out, or even a good place for carry out to bring to a friends house. It’s very clean and organized, the service is light but adequate, and the overall experience is very good. This is a great place to have in MoHo, so hopefully more people will check it out to keep it thriving!”

“They messed up paperwork on a car registration paperwork. We told them about it that day and the lady still goofed. Now they want us to eat $300 to fix their mistake or pay the state an extra $15 a year for their error. Staff was of no help when both my wife and I contacted them after being assured by the state DOT that the bank messed up. Manager reached out after hearing and made things right. Solid response and am surprised by them making it right. Nice work Mound City staff.”
