Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb

My car (Buick) had several lights and other various things pop up when I started it after work. I called two other dealerships that were close by to see if they could help. The first dealership said they couldn’t get a reading of what the issue was and they didn’t want to charge me for nothing. The second dealership basically said “we are booked for two weeks”. My biggest concern was I had my kid with me and wasn’t sure if my car was safe to drive. So I called Symdon which was the farthest of the dealerships and I usually go there for oil changes and the first thing they said after I explained what was going on was “Can you get here by 5:30 and we will get you in a car?” I wanted to cry because it was stressful being turned away by two other places and they didn’t give any excuse as to why they couldn’t help. They wanted to help me and they did! Car is running great again! Thanks to everyone who helped!

I bought my Colorado from Symdon a few months back. My salesman Tyler did an excellent job answering all of my questions before and after the purchase. The finance guy (I can’t remember his name) also did a great job. This was possibly one of the best car purchase experiences I’ve had. Totally no pressure, small town dealer feel. There were a few dealer installed options on my Colorado that were on back order when I bought it (thanks supply chain shortages), but Symdon got me taken care of as soon as possible. There is no question I will drive the 2+ hours to purchase my next Chevy here.

Was able to make the deal over the phone including the trade in. Kept me informed of the new vehicle arrival. The delivery went very smooth. All of the associates were very friendly. It was one of the best vehicle purchases I ever made.

I am very impressed with everyone at Symdon’s. I hit a deer and had a light out on my truck, I was traveling and asked if they could get that fixed before my trip. They ordered the parts and got it fixed the next day. I picked the truck up last night and it looks brand new again. Thanks all for fixed no my truck!

Excellent service department! The only place I buy my trucks!! Symdon's still retains the "hometown feeling" when buying a vehicle, not the high pressure sales of the Madison dealers. They offer options during your purchase, not try to shove them down your throat! If financing, Shane makes it all so easy for everyone! Why would you buy a vehicle elsewhere?! As long as Symdon is in business, they have my business!!
