My wife and I recently signed up with Neptune. We're trying to find out the best way to have our wishes honored, and Neptune found a way for us to do that. Dignified, caring, everything that we wanted was included in our package. We no longer have to worry about our children having to do what would be a difficult job for them to take care of. This way we will be remembered as we wish, and our children are happy with our decisions. I highly recommend talking with Neptune associate to have all your needs met as ours were.

Our appointment went very smoothly and we were pleased with the presentation and cost of our final arrangements. Neptune Society offers a few different options to fit each persons final wants/needs. It is a great piece of mind to my husband and I to know that our children will not have to make arrangements when we pass it is now all taken care of.

Jena and Ron from Neptune Society were impeccably professional without being stiff. We felt "seen", had all our questions answered completely and understandably and felt no pressure at all. We feel completely comfortable with the Neptune Society and confident that their promises will be upheld for our family which really gives us a peace of mind we hadn't really expected.

Everything was really handled smoothly and professionally including the picking up of my mom. That was a difficult time and I told her community who to call and it was all handled. Ben was helpful and professional and no type of pitch was made when we picked up the cremains. A great service to consider to take that burden off your loved ones upon passing.

Benjamin Lefton was amazing. He dealt mainly with my brother, Tom, and took care of all our needs. He made us feel positive about the experience.
We are thankful we had his support and the support of the Neptune Society.
