“We are Verizon customers for part of our service but decided to switch our internet and land line services to Verizon also. We were helped by a very nice young man who was from the Carroll, Iowa store filling in for for another employee at the Stoughton store so she could get away for a vacation. My husband and I are both in our 70's and Jordan was super patient and knowledgeable explaining everything to us and our options that would work best for our needs and he made sure that we understood what needed to be done and how to do it. Everything went smoothly with notes he sent with us and we were able to get everything hooked up successfully at home. We usually don't write reviews but we felt this young man needed the recognition for being a great Verizon employee, someone the company can be proud to have working for them. We highly recommend Verizon and are very happy with our new internet connection far superior to what we had with previous carrier.”

“I came in for a new iPhone since my X was no longer holding a charge. Lisa welcomed me right away and got the process started quickly. She was solution-oriented when an issue came up and extremely patient as my phones took over an hour to transfer files. She was pleasant the entire two hour duration of my visit. Will definitely be using this location again.”
