I went in for a hair trim and to discuss what to do about some issues with breakage and my hair. At other salons, I felt like I wasn't listened to and was treated as just a "hair trim" and I would go to what I thought were reputable places. Autumn blew me out of the water, she talk about goals I had for my hair, educated me, and thoroughly took her time to work on my hair. I could truly tell she care about me and my hair!
