“I brought my 2006 VW Jetta 2.0t with a suspected hydraulic leak in the slave cylinder. It was at another shop, and after $850 it had the same issue. Das Mechanic quickly diagnosed the car correctly and with an accurate and fair estimate. My car is slightly modified, and I was given the option to go with a heavier clutch and it's perfect. Also needed some other minor maintenance that was also easily handled and within the estimate amount. I was informed and updated with pictures and video of my car to help understand what was required. I highly recommend Das Mechanic, and will bring my cars here from now on. I have almost always driven German cars and it can be a challenge to find a shop that will work on them. I will happily continue to buy German cars knowing they are in good hands with Gabor. “I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them.
