(May 7, 2019, 6:44 pm)Military friendly! I’m back home on leave for a couple of days and told my situation to Jeff Miller at the membership desk. He gave me a free pass for the day and a military discount for the rest of my leave days. I was a member before I enlisted and I always have been treated well by this amazing staff. This gym can expect a loyal member when my contract is completed! The gym itself is always clean, and rarely extremely busy. It also has a good gym culture of people trying to improve their fitness young and old.
(April 30, 2019, 9:14 pm)Excellent place to work out...the only problem I see is sometimes too many people standing and talking around some of the weight machines, but it's not horrible. They eventually move on and chit-chat somewhere else. It's mostly the "not really" working out here to "socialize" people.
(April 26, 2019, 2:20 pm)I have utilized their services more than once, and keep returning when needed because of the staff, and locations. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, I could probably go on and on. The equipment is well maintained and sanitized. They have assisted me through two knee replacements and shoulder issues. I will turn to them, again, if I have any more issues.

Has everything you’ll need plus more: indoor track, swimming pool and hot tub, boxing area, ropes/gymnastics, etc. You’re not limited to typical workouts and are able to be creative with various exercises and routines as well as find your own personal workout spot away from others if you need it. Love the lockers outside of the locker room for when you don’t need to change, you can go in and out quickly. The classes are pretty fun and awesome! Gym members and staff are very friendly. Membership price is very affordable and includes everything. Just wish it was open later sometimes for late night workouts.
(March 15, 2019, 2:10 am)I enjoyed my experience at Innovative Fitness. I met some very nice people. The parking lot could be especially busy, and still the therapy pool was never overcrowded. The water was always nice and warm. My only issue, and this was personal, was the distance I had to travel to get there. And, this was only a problem because I was concerned about my older car. Wish there was a center like Innovative closer to the city. I'll miss my time there.
