“I’ve been a member for a few weeks after being a member at Xperience. I could never get on the equipment I wanted to at Xperience, and that’s been ZERO problem here! And, the equipment here at Bridgewater is superior in every way. Lots of dumbbells, kettlebells, free weights, machines, and a number of Olympic platforms to choose from, two large turf areas with sleds, battle ropes, etc. I no longer play basketball, but they also have a full court basketball court. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. 5 SOLID stars for this gym!”

“Lisa and staff bring an energetic and sympathetic personality to this facility that make you feel like your concerns are validated. Quieter gym than most so I can see where you pay more. What most people don’t understand is if they don’t like the price, they don’t need to attend that location. It’s a flat rate and other AF gyms might accommodate more where this gym just doesn’t have the layout room. Regardless, it’s a comfortable location.”

“The staff here is EXCELLENT and so patient with the many different types of kids enrolled in classes. My two boys are enrolled in the Ninja Warrior class right now and they love it. It is something different than organized sports and so good for their brain, body, and overall health. I would highly recommend this place. They also offer camps and open gyms. I am a teacher and wish more kids had this type of opportunity. Great job staff!”

“I enjoyed my experience at Innovative Fitness. I met some very nice people. The parking lot could be especially busy, and still the therapy pool was never overcrowded. The water was always nice and warm. My only issue, and this was personal, was the distance I had to travel to get there. And, this was only a problem because I was concerned about my older car. Wish there was a center like Innovative closer to the city. I'll miss my time there.”
