But I think when Matt is gone there should be other people stepping up to greet customers. With that said, the actually service on my car was done well. Very informative and gets to the point. I had new tires ordered and on my truck in less then 24hrs. The stories that Paul and Steve have are great, and I think Paul should be a comedian on the side. “Upfront, honest and fast! Went there cause I've had friends that reccomended I go. And I'm glad I did! Bought tires and they were going to put them on the same day. But I brought my car back the next day cause it worked out better for my schedule, and they were amazing with scheduling it around when I could do it. And they had the tires on and out the door in under a hour! And did a wonderful job. Car drives so smooth, like brand new! The owner, Steve I believe his name was, super nice; great guy. Scott, our project manager, was wonderful and took some extra steps up front to ensure we were all on the same page for any demo that had to be done. The project outline was very thorough and they met their goal posts along the way. Communication from Scott was key. He was just great to work with and I’d request him again for future projects to make sure all the teams (who were also great - plumbers, preppers, tiler, finishers)were completing everything appropriately for inspectors and on time!”
