But I think when Matt is gone there should be other people stepping up to greet customers. With that said, the actually service on my car was done well. Matt was flexible with me in the timing of my vehicle.”

“We recently finished a vinyl plank flooring project in our home using Best Carpet Inc.’s services. The project involved most of the downstairs; living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room, a hallway and bathroom. From beginning to end we were very satisfied with their work. From choosing the flooring through installation the staff were courteous and responsive to our questions. “Great selection of hand blown glass pipes. These guys stock shelves with glass blown by artist all over the USA. I bought a nice one hitter and I will say the glass it thick and the colors are vibrant. The prices are really good I paid $15 for my glass. I have had similar but poor quality glass and twice the price of this place. Had a good conversation with the guy working very helpful and he actually showed concern for my questions”

“Called for an estimate on tires and Paul was like, you gota come in so I can show you and talk tires. He said he can talk til he is blue in the face, but wanted me to see them in person. Very informative and gets to the point. I had new tires ordered and on my truck in less then 24hrs. The stories that Paul and Steve have are great, and I think Paul should be a comedian on the side. Great place for tires.”

But I brought my car back the next day cause it worked out better for my schedule, and they were amazing with scheduling it around when I could do it. Scott, our project manager, was wonderful and took some extra steps up front to ensure we were all on the same page for any demo that had to be done. The project outline was very thorough and they met their goal posts along the way. Communication from Scott was key. The project had some unforeseen challenges and delays which many projects of this kind have. But every time something came up the solution was timely, creative and appropriate.
