  I was referred to them by my local EAA Chapter to help repair a hardware flaw for the flight simulator. If the FAA and EAA can trust in them, so can I. They are about a week out for repairs (understandable), willing to make house calls. My flight sim is commercially rated, not cheap so I want it done right the first time. I'll return to give them a 5 star once the task is complete and everything is up and running again.

  A friend had all their home movies lost in the mail when they mailed them into a national conversion place. After seeing an ad for Milwaukee PC film to DVD conversion, I called to inquire and found out they do the conversion right here in Greenfield. The whole experience was fantastic. I received my films and DVD's back in about a week. I even got extra copies for my family.

  I had service done on my laptop here because the fan was out of whack and rumbling. They told me it would take around a week to get repaired. Ended up taking two weeks because they had to order a part so not a horrible wait time. Overall, service was great and the computer works like new. My only criticism would be that a new hire staff member of theirs called me and told me that it was all fixed and ready to go on Friday, March 3, 2019 but it wasn't ready yet. That said, they had it ready to go by the following morning and were kind enough to give me a 20 dollar discount on the $105 purchase for the mistake so I thank you. I appreciate the discount and the service. My computer works great. I would recommend them.
